brie, prosciutto and honey drizzled figs / recipe
Sweet, delicious, fresh figs are plentiful and inexpensive in Australia at the moment. If you need a quick entree for a dinner party or a centre piece for a cheese platter, these figs are a sure hit. Oozing with soft cheese and wrapped in prosciutto, the figs are then lavishly drizzled with honey and garnished with a sprig of mint. Yum
