Part Three of Patisserie heaven....La Fougasse in Paris. This has been our favourite patissiere by far to date. If you're near the Rue de Bretagne, 3rd arrondissement area pop in and experience, well, anything. Simply close your eyes and just point, purchase and pig-out. I assure you that whatever you buy, it will be worth the calories. Unfortunately we scoffed our Saint Tropezianne (brioche sandwiching mousseline cream), millefeuille and the best eclair I have every tasted, before we could take any photos. Darn. Note to self: must stop eating, do more walking
