These decadent tarts are so perfect for an Australian summer. Juicy red berries are in their prime, just begging to be eaten. Combine berry coulis with white chocolate ganache and pipe a swirl to sit on top of chocolate tart cases. Dust with sugar and add a wee sugar heart to top off the miniature Christmas tree. a grande dame, the Queen Victoria Building, Sydney

It's always a delight to head into Sydney to press your nose against pretty Christmas window displays. One favourite of ours is the Queen Victoria Building in all her regal magnificence and history. Beautiuflly decked-out with the traditional giagantic Chrismtas Tree (too big for me to photograph) and cascading waterfall of tinsel flowers and lights. It's hard to believe this monument was on the chopping block for decades. I can't imagine the city without her

Adorable? Our new bunny has us wrapped around his little paw. I caught him mid-breakfast yesterday and this is his interpretation of the 'evil eye'.... 'Go away, I'm eating here!'
