I know it's been a long time since my last post. I've been so sick with the flu and then a grade 2 calf muscle tear that has put my life on hold (that will teach me to exercise). I've literally been hobbling around on crutches and cussing and cursing my inability to drive or even walk. But today is a celebration...after 2 months of rehabilitation I'm finally back on my feet ready to participate in life again. A half hour walk around the oval today was my limit and then an all too familiar ice-pack on the offending calf afterwards. Believe me, this is a new beginning. It's in the air!
